This week I learned about the powerpoint program. I was able to learn many new functions that I was not aware exsisted.

This week I am spending alot of time volunteering in the PAEC program. This is migrant english education program. If you guys are looking for a volunteer expereince I recommend this program.

This week I learned about the internet. I am not really sure how it works. I know how to use it and thats about it. I guess I really was never concerned with how it worked until it wasn't working.

Since last week I learned more about the history of educational then I probably ever wanted to know. It also became obvious how much changes government effect teachers and schools.

I am feeling a little overwhelmed lately. Carrying a full course load, working 30+ hours a week, doing the service learning and trying to still have a social life is becoming quite tiring. OH well I just keep telling myself that the semester will be over before I know and it.

In chapter 4 I learned about different types of office devices. I learned the difference between input and output.
I was sick all weekend and worked everyday so needless to say I did not have a very fun weekend. And my computer crashed so there is some more good news.
Since last I learned that week an error message comes on your computer do not just turn it off because it may not turn back on.

On Chapter 3 I learned more about note taking software. I learned thaat with note taking software and the use of a digital pen you can handwrite notes, draw and more on your laptop.

Since last week I have learned than this blog was due at that time. I also learned that it is important to remember your username and password and perhaps write them down on something you will not lose.
I am currently frustrated with techonology since my laptop refuses to cooperate with me. I am sure you all have had similar problems. I have access to the internet but not to sites that require a login. And I thought at first oh simple firewall settings problem...no. I have have tried everything I can think of so now I am going to call dell.

I use technology on a daily basis. I often use Microsoft applications such as excel, word, and PowerPoint. I am well acquainted with several internet browers and can efficiently navigate the web. I have used technology on high school and also in college lab settings.


In this class I hope increase my knowledge of applications that I am already accustomed to as well as gain experience with unfamiliar ones. I exspect to learn ways to incorporate technology within the classroom setting and demonstrate an understanding of new innovative techniques.

I enjoy pina coladas, romantic walks on the beach, and bubble baths. I like to play sports and will be found at the gym a couple times a week. I live off campus and do not have a car so I am a experienced bus rider. i enjoy basketweaving and mudwrestling.
